Customers may return new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be new or unused with original packaging and all instructional materials included in the shipment. Customers are responsible for all lost and damaged items in return shipping so please insure. All returns must be received at our location within 45 days of delivery.
After 30 days of delivery, a partial refund may be issued.
Returned merchandise that is either opened and/or used may be issued a partial refund.
If the return is a result of our error or the item is defected, MSP will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Refunds to customers can be expected within two weeks of the receipt of your returned merchandise.
We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our facility. We refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product.
If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 30 days of delivery, we refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Products may decrease in value over time. Therefore, we reduce funds for returns you initiate more than 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 45 days.
You can expect your refund within two weeks after we are in receipt of your return. In many cases you will may receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks from receipt due to the time required for inspection and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
